On March 18, 2010, Promotion conference of the CHTF overseas sessions with Israel and Hungary was held at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. The conference was organized by the Office of China Hi-Tech Fair Organizing Committee to promote the CHTF Overseas Session which will be held in Israel and Hungary in June, 2010.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Kan YongKui, Deputy Director General of the China Hi-Tech Transfer Center, and Deputy General Manager, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Management Co., LTD. First he introduced the VIPs, the guests and the speakers, and gave floor to the government leader of the host and of the co-organizers from Israel and Hungary.
At the promotion conference, Mr. Gao GuoHui, Deputy Secretary General of China Hi-Tech Fair Organizing Committee and Deputy Secretary General of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, made opening speech. He expressed that Shenzhen has close ties with Israel as there are successful cases of cooperation in fields of water resources management, IT and new energy.
Mr. Danny Tal, Consul, Consulate General of Israel in Guangzhou and Mr. Aiming Kubasi, Director of the Hungarian Innovations & Technology Center--China Office, took two impressive and wonderful lectures about their countries, the business possibilities, and about the planned program in Israel and in Hungary.
At the closing part, the Chairman Mr. Kang stressed again Mr. Guo’s opening words: “I believe this year’s two seminars will provide more opportunities for Sino-Israeli and Sino-Hungarian cooperation, especially for science and technology cooperation between Shenzhen and these two countries.
The Seminar on Sino-Foreign Hi-Tech Collaboration of the China Hi-Tech Fair holds annual session overseas since 2005. Now it has become the excellent platform for Chinese companies’ access to international market, as well as the important channel for foreign companies to explore business opportunities in China.Last May,Through Seminar on Sino-hungarian Hi-Tech Collaboration and Seminar on Sino-German Hi-Tech Collaboration,150 representatives from governments，enterprises ，research institutions of China’s 9 provinces and cities’communicated and negotiated with 400 representatives from German and Hungary enterprises. The CHTF overseas sessions were paid great attention in Hungary and German.
In June 2010,Seminar on Sino-Isreali Hi-Tech Collaboration and Seminar on Sina-German will be respectively held in Jerusalum and Budapest. The CHTF Overseas Sessions 2010 will enhance more space for technological cooperation between china & Isreal and between China & Hungary to have complementary advantages.
