It is known from the steering office of Hainan International Exhibition & Conference Center (constructed by Tianli Real Estate) that the project is now in full operation, and the major body is expected to be completed by the end of next June. Total investment has amounted to over 300 mn Yuan.

　　At the construction site, it can be seen that workers are welding the supporting steel structure of the roof. Right now, 2,611 pre-fabricated tube piles have been all hammered, 100% of which have been tested qualified. The first floor of the main body has been completed and all the main body work will be finished by the end of April, which means the roof of the main body will be sealed up by then and other work will still be going on. The progress has been two months ahead of the schedule, providing a sound basis for Hainan to host the Forum on Cooperation & Development in Pan Pearl River Delta in 2011.

　　The Steering Office also said that the Center is to be completed and turned over by June 30, 2011. Total investment is about 1.3 bn Yuan, 300 million of which has been received, and another 700 million is expected within this year.
