I. Purchase of the ticket to the China Hi-Tech Fair

 (I) Purchase and registration

1. Purchase the ticket in Shenzhen

The ticket is available at any commissioned banks or other institutions in Shenzhen, and can be booked by telephone and other means. Before the purchase, it is required to fill in the “Information Registration Form of Visitor to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008 ”, and the ticket seller must check the completeness of the required information before selling a ticket.

Purchase time: 24 September to 17 October
2. Purchase online

Book the ticket on the China Hi-Tech Fair website (The booked ticket is reserved for three days). On the website, click the column “Buy Admission Ticket”. It is required to fill in the “Information Registration Form of Visitor to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008 ” before buying a ticket.

Purchase time:

(1)September to 10 October
(2)Purchase the ticket at places other than Shenzhen

Purchase the ticket at any of the unit in other places other than Shenzhen that has organized a delegation to participate in the exhibition and that has signed a commission contract with the China Hi-Tech Fair to sell the admission ticket. Booking time: 1 – 30 September The registration for the commissioned selling of the tickets by the unit that has a delegation organized is the same as that for the“group ticket”(see below)

(3)On-site sale of the ticket

Before the purchase, it is required to fill in the “Information Registration Form of Visitor to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008 ”, and the ticket seller must check the completeness of the required information before selling a ticket. A purchaser in the name of an organization shall submit a letter of introduction from such a unit, and an overseas buyer shall present his / her visa.

On-site purchase time: 8:30 --- 16:30, 10---17 October (In case that the opening ceremony is on the morning of 12 October, and then the ticket sale time will be changed to 12:30 --- 16:30)

On-site spots for ticket sale and giveaway

1. The platform of Building 2 at the west entrance: 10 --- 17 October 

2. The flagpole area in front of Section 5 of CEC, that in front of Section 6, and the platform of Building 2 at the east entrance: 12---17 October　 

（I）Group ticket purchase and registration
The buyer of group tickets (more than 5 tickets) must present a letter of introduction of the organization, and the tickets are to be stamped with the words Group Ticket. A holder of the group ticket shall fill in on the site the “Information Registration Form of Visitor to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008 ”， which is to be directly checked together with the ticket by the security guards at the security checkpoint before entry to the exhibition.

II. Registration for getting a giveaway ticket with an invitation

(II) Registration channels
1. Registration online in advance

The holder of the invitation may come to the China Hi-Tech Fair website http://www.chtf.com to find the column “Getting a giveaway ticket with an invitation to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008”, input the serial number of the invitation and fill in “Information Registration Form of Visitor to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2008 ”. The deadline for online registration is 10 October.

To avoid the on-site crowdedness, it is advisable to register online in advance.

2. Written registration

 Fill out directly the registration form in the invitation.

 (II) Methods for getting the giveaway tickets

1. Exchanging in advance

To get the giveaway ticket, the visitor who has registered online shall present the invitation and the receipt of online registration, and the visitor that has registered in writing shall present the completed invitation.

Time: 26 September --- 10 October

Location: Platform of Building 2 of the West Gate of the CEC

2. Getting a giveaway ticket on-site

To get the giveaway ticket, the visitor who has registered online shall present the invitation and the receipt of online registration, and the visitor that has registered in writing shall present the completed invitation.

Time: 8:30 --- 16:30, 12 --- 17 October

Location: the flagpole area in front of Section 5 of CEC, that in front of Section 6, the platform of building 2 at the east entrance, the platform of building 2 at the west entrance, the entrance to the passage of Section 1 and that of Section 9, the entrance to the elevator at the underground parking lot, altogether 6 spots.
